His experience includes his position as the New York and Northeast Regional Director of Business Development for the $600 million dollar international company Camp, Dresser, McKee. Brian is a graduate from the Utica College of Syracuse University with a degree in construction management.

Ed Higgins
Director of Operations. Ed has 30 years of professional experience in the areas of project and operational management, CPM scheduling, planning, finance, consulting, and construction management. His experience covers a diverse client base including academic, commercial, institutional, hospitality, multi-family, state and federal government agencies. With over 15 years of government contracting experience, Ed brings a high level of expertise to technical and cost proposal development, contract negotiation, and the implementation of management teams for the Department of Defense, GSA, Veterans Administration, and various State agencies. Ed has contracted, managed, and completed more than 1000 projects ranging from $50,000 to $12M.
