Moyers Corners Fire Department

2010 Capital Improvements

OnSite was retained by Moyers Corners Fire Department to implement various improvements to
all four of their fire houses. The project included everything from exterior brick building
repairs and EFIS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System); to complete upgrades on ceilings,
walls, and floors. With this project, OnSite helped Moyers Corners Fire Department with
maintaining the integrity of the infrastructure, while also updating the aesthetics and function
of the fire houses.

Highlights:

• New porcelain tile and base in two of the fire houses
• Tray ceiling in the day room
• New Turn-Out Gear lockers
• New kitchen, complete with cabinets and solid surface countertops
• Replace prismatic skylight
• Repair epoxy floors in the equipment bay
