As you know, the process was a difficult and complicated endeavor in which the GSA and the Census Bureau had strict and non-negotiable protocols for the development of the construction documents and the design drawings, as well as the bidding process, the implementation, inspection and finally the certificate of occupancy issued by the City of Watertown.

Aug 12, 2009 - OnSite Facility Services, LLC built the new facade which I designed for a strip mall in Liverpool. The changes to the building were dramatic, transforming the building from outmoded and rundown to a visually contemporary interpretation of classical forms.
